Dr Munidasa Winslow is a highly distinguished pioneer in Asia-Pacific addiction medicine with over 35 years of clinical experience in general psychiatry and complex dependency treatment. He is the Founder and CEO of Promises Healthcare, as well as the Founder Director of The Winslow; Singapore’s first purpose-built private inpatient centre dedicated to substance use and behavioural addictions.
Recognised as one of the region’s foremost authorities on impulse control disorders, Dr Winslow specialises in treating complex dependencies spanning alcohol, substance abuse, gaming, gambling, and sexual compulsivity. His foundational work has profoundly shaped Singapore's modern addiction treatment landscape. During his tenure as Chief of the Addiction Medicine Department at the Institute of Mental Health (IMH), he played a pivotal role in establishing the National Addictions Management Service (NAMS).
